When you have signed the guild charter for the specified members, you come up to the guild masters in Orgrimmar, click How do I form a guild?, click Register a Guild Charter and then nothing happens.
Expected Behaviour should be as following:
After you have come up to the guild masters in Orgrimmar, click on Purchase a guild charter and created a name for the guild, players signed the charter, you should be able to come back to the guild master and click Register a Guild Charter.
Furthermore, I am not able to purchase guild tabs when I open my guild bank. I was able to purchase one but when I click the next tab it just jumps back to the first tab not letting me purchase.
Lastly, When I press J on my keyboard my guild GUI doesn't open it just opens a common guild information not related to the guild I am in.

Also, upon being in a guild, I am not able to purchase items from [Gorma]- (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=46572/goram). The vendor is empty no items.
