Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: spell=5740
The Current Behaviour is as following: Deals 0 damages / doesn't aggro mobs too, i think that the spell just doesn't interact with mobs.
Expected Behaviour should be as following: Should deal damages.
