Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: Fingers of Frost (112965)
The Current Behaviour is as following: Stacks do not deplete when using Ice Lance (30455), making it spammable.
Expected Behaviour should be as following: A stack should be removed after casting an Ice Lance (30455).
