The Current Behaviour is as following: Triggers its equip ability, Screaming Flight (401469) at random but doesn't give the according buffs (Leech and Critical strike).
Seething Descent (405940), the use effect, can be used at any time but does not work whatsoever.
Expected Behaviour should be as following: Screaming Flight (401469) should only occur when attacking and buff the player with Leech and Critical strike. Seething Descent (405940) should only be useable in mid-air above 15 yards, hit nearby enemies, and save the player from fall damage.
