Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: Xuen's Battlegear (392993)
The Current Behaviour is as following: Does not reduce Fists of Fury's (113656) cooldown on crit. Does not appear to increase the Critical strike of Rising Sun Kick (107428).
Expected Behaviour should be as following: Should reduce the cooldown on Fists of Fury (113656) by 4s on crit.
