Transmogrification Bugs #19

When applying transmogrifications, when you choose to transmogrify the shoulder slot into two different armor pieces, it does not change. In Orgrimmar, Warpweaver Dushar (NPC ID:54473) does not let you transmog.

Only working transmogrifier NPC is in Stormwind

In Dalaran on the Broken Isles, Warpweaver Tuviss (NPC ID:99867) does not let you transmog
