As a Demon Hunter you can ruin your progression in Azsuna by accepting a first destination from your scouting map before having the quest that ask you to choose one.
Using this wikiwow i could choose Azsuna ( for example ) as first destination during step 8 of that wiki which is "Spoil of Victory" , i should be asked at step 11 to chose a destination by doing "Direct our Wrath".
If i chose azsuna ( still an example ) step 8 i can't choose azsuna for step 11 so i'm forced to choose another one, let's say Valsharah. If i do that and i try to go to azsuna talking to khadgar, then i will be stuck with no quest at all.

It's kind of a messy report but it's not an easy one to describe. We shouldn't be able to select a destination before step 11
EDIT : I don't know if you did something but today i saw that the questline was unlocked. Should i delete this ?
