[Dungeon] Neltharion's Lair - w/ Sign of the Warrior (Buff) #400

I just ran a "Random Legion Heroic" dungeon. Ended up getting Neltharion's Lair. I had the Sign of the Warrior buff active which states I should get a random extra item from the final boss. I got 1 item total, for all of the bosses throughout the whole run.

A) I don't know if I had a lockout timer for Neltharion's Lair prior to the queueing in the "Random Legion Heroic." B) I don't know if the buff had anything to do with it (bug maybe?)

I definitely got 1 item in total across all the bosses. I hope that is enough to go on in terms of maybe trying to track the issue down. I wish I had more I could add but that is all I can think of.

I really wonder if I had a lockout for Neltherion's Lair and the Random put me in there anyway. If that is the case, the bug that needs to be fixed is what zones are allowed to be selected from in the Random Queue. Don't assign us to Dungeons with a lockout OR allow us to reset Heroic Dungeons.... (A previous suggestion/request from me)
