Support for Cloud Messaging? #50

It'd be nice if nuntius didn't have to rely on bluetooth for notifications. We now have the Google Cloud Messaging API, which is used by PushBullet. Are there plans on integrating this?

Google Cloud Messaging is for notification from pc to Android, the inverse of us. And, we already have a working tcp branch :). We still lack service discovery and some ui works to get a fully stable release.
