[Windows] Compile for Windows #71

Unfortunately i am not skilled in Linux building, but i heard this can be compiled for Windows (from within Linux) with minimal or no changes using GTK-Win32 .. anyone try it?

I don't think that will work since you need dbus and bluetooth support

So what do you think would take for this to work on Windows? A port (what would change, what would stay?), a complete re-write from scratch (using what platform/technologies?) or just plain not possible? (as in depends on unique unix features?)

I see there is a dbus port for windows....but not too sure if it's work-ready...will need to investigate further
