Install liac-arff Module #229

Hello! I want to know if there's a way to install liac-arff module

When I try to do it, I receive a error msg.

This issue seems to be related to #228 (same error message, same behavior). I’m investigating.

Short version: it should work, and it does not.

I hope it works for you. The AppStore version should be out with the fix in a few days.
