Please add SpiceyPy package with dependent libraries into Carnets plus. (This is impossible directly from Carnets plus using pip install…) Thanks.

Hi, duly noted. The timeline for Carnets update is (roughly):

move to Python 3.13 and adapt the code (Python 3.13 is the first one to support iOS officially; I expect a lot of changes): finished by mid-October 2024 (?)
check if Rust support is now possible (end of October 2024)
check if non-GIL parallelism allow for a more compact Carnets (end of October 2024)
add new packages: mid-November 2024.
