Can’t open notebooks on Google Drive #96

When opening a Notebook that is on a Google Drive it starts to open and then fails. This happens quickly so can’t be certain, but it looks like the interface is starting with the menu bar and then fails.

Hi, yes, this is a known issue with all drives that use proprietary APIs (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive). I will look into it. All drives that use Apple's "File provider" API do work (e.g. WorkingCopy, iCloud, ShellFish...)
