Golang #795

Hello! Is it possible to include the golang language? Besides the package being small, would it be great for a future backend?

We're currently trying to port a single command (rclone), written in golang, to a-Shell. We're hitting numerous roadblocks, and for many of them no way around. Since the golang language is mostly written in golang, I'm pessimistic in the short term.
