SQL script for MS Database server #10

There are three file one for regions, one for cities, and the last one for the district The file contains table creations and inserts data

Hi @ahmedarafaa, Looks good to me thanks for the PR. I've only one feedback, can you please move the new files to a sub directory? Once done I'll go ahead and merge the PR.
