feature request: add teslafi_API controls #36

please add the commands provided by teslafi to send to teslafi and control the car.

and add the check if the car is sleeping before sending a command to teslafi. If car is sleeping, send the wake command and wait for a configurable amount af time to send the original command to teslafi.

So... looks like we should get a config TAB "Car Commands": enable/disable the feature at all enable/disable sending wake command or just send commands to an already awaken car number field for specification of timeout between wake car and send command

And the implemented commands itself to be enabled/disabled, so that the corresponding writeable states are beeing set up....

sound like a good idea to put it on a separate tab and let´s configure the values to match the config in teslafi
