Small bug fixes and changes:
Fixed usage and example mismatch of /color in features menu.
Added insets for /edititem.
Changed material of image hologram template to gold ore due glowing item frame being unplacable.
Removed outdated /relativeloc command.
Removed "Tablist Stars" from features menu as it is not a feature anymore.
Disabled /codevault to avoid confusion as it's not working atm.
Fixed /pjoin not working.
