Action Dump should be updated to new URL that DFOnline uses https://dfonline-backend.georgerng.repl.co/api/db

Maximization and I are working on an alternative for this in the near future, so the URL probably won't be used.

Don't use the repl one, it's a cors shim for https://dfonline.dev/public/dbc.json which has better uptime
