Remove Schem2DF in favor of DFSchematics #65

This pull request removes the old, outdated Schem2DF feature from recode entirely as previously discussed on Discord.

The new way to import schematics into DiamondFire is through its successor DFSchematics, which can be found here.

To clarify, I'm not saying that recode will never have schematic capabilities (I'm not saying it will either). But yes, given that Schem2DF was yours to begin with and is incredibly outdated, with none of us having the time or energy to upkeep it, it seems reasonable to remove.
