Add console co2 and ws85 batteries #192

Some ecowitt indoor weather stations now come with an internal co2 sensor, this will add those to HA. also added the battery and capacitor from the newer ws85 rain / wind sensor.

This will help fix https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/125979, which is also impacting people with consoles like WS3900, so broader impact than this PR's title suggests
