Add Epson printer discoverable #213

Would be nice to have something more generic than a different discoverable for every printer vendor, but I guess this doesn't hurt that much.

How will this be used in Home Assistant? It doesn't help much if we just start discovering things and then not using the discovered part

The same way the currently discovered Canon, HP, and Samsung printers are being used there (or not). I didn't think of HA use specifically here, but use cases for printers could include monitoring ink levels, print queues, etc, and having printers readily discovered by netdisco could lower the barrier or work for someone to write those kinds of integrations.

I don't think it makes sense to put things in netdisco if we're not planning on using them in HA.
