Raspbee not recognized by HassIO

The problem

Raspbee will not completely recognized. Change configto an unexisting port shows a different error. especially this section confuses me.

I can´t connect to Raspbee in deCONZ and can´t find anly bulbs with Phoscon.

• Add-on release with the issue: 6.3.0
• Last working add-on release (if known): none

Placement of Raspbee at Raspi4 like described in manual.

After thinking about i started the system without plugged Raspbee II. The log is exactly the same. So i assumed that this unit is broken and send it back.

Are you using any of the USB3-ports? In that case, move the raspbee to another Pi wirhout usb3.
