am on a raspberry pi 4 4bg and i have this issue too, sometimes (after a few days randomly) the system just brokes and a lot of custom cards just doesnt exist and the entities are unknown, i cant access a lot of menus and when i try to restart in the settings it gives me "[Errno 5] I/O error: '/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/helpers/check_config/init.py'". also i can only access the ha core log because others says "502: bad gateway" and i cnat access the system information menu to restart the supervisor there.

guanaco0403 commented 10 months ago

the only solution i have is to unplug the raspberry pi completely and replug it but the issue comes back between 1-3 days after soo this is verrrry boring

For me the issue is closed, I switched for an ssd and no problem anymore. The sdcard can't handle it.
