I tried Restarting my Homekit Bridge Devices. The Unresponsive issue is mainly because of Poor WIFI Connection ( as much as I got through ) so, fixing that first can be done. Restart and Reconnect by Redoing the integration and connecting accessories to Homekit. Try this may be - Here
Im having the same problem, on the phone all accessories work just fine, in the apple watch all of them are "not available"/"unresponsive"
Tried restarting phone, watch, home assistant, router and did not work 🤷♂️
The problem
All devices added to the HomeKit Bridge are appearing as unresponsive in the Home app on iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you reload the integration the devices will be responsive for a short period of time before going unresponsive again. Issue seemed to appear after last core update.
