@Dust-E Can you please download the Plugwise diagnostics info and attach to a message?

Dust-E commented 11 months ago

Hi @bouwew Thanks for your replay

Do you only want the Plugwise part of the diagnostics? Where can I send it?

bouwew commented 11 months ago

Yes, I want the Plugwise integration diagnostics: image

Hi @Dust-E, I think I’ve encountered the same issue.

My solution: remove any groups where the old Tom was part of in the Plugwise app. Then recreate the same group. Then reload the Plugwise integration.

If you could then paste the new diagnostics data here that might help @bouwew for future reference.

Dust-E commented 10 months ago

@Getslow6

I just tried it but unfortunately it didn't solve the issue

bouwew commented 10 months ago

@Dust-E is the Tom that you've removed still visible in the diagnostics data? Or is it not? I would expect it not to be visible.

Dust-E commented 10 months ago

@bouwew you're correct, it's not visible

bouwew commented 10 months ago

Ok thanks.

The solution is known and has been implemented in the Plugwise-beta custom_component. It will be added to the HA Plugwise integration in the near future.

Dust-E commented 10 months ago

nice to hear :-)

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant version and check if that solves the issue. Let us know if that works for you by adding a comment 👍 This issue has now been marked as stale and will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
