When on the new firmware, check the ports are open on the CAM: HTTPS, RTMP, RTSP and ONVIF need to be enabled. See troubleshooting docs: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/reolink/#troubleshooting
A firmware update is known to sometimes close those ports.
I have same problem, open ports on cam worked for me. Thanks.
@CNjord glad to hear you got it working again :)

The problem
Reolink integration worked fine with both my camera's (E1 Zoom). After updating the firmware of the camera's (v3.0.0.2356, Aug. 29, 2023) Home Assistant could no longer connect to the cameras. Reverting back to the old firmware version (V3.0.0.2207) resolved the issue on both cameras.
