Homekit Apple Remote for Universal Media Player is not working in iOS 17.1.1 #104714

The problem

So, I have upgraded my iPhone 12 to iOS 17.1.1 and the (iOS Remote Widget) Remote app of control center stopped finding the TV(Universal Media Player). However, my wife's iPhone 11 running iOS 16.6.1 was working absolutely fine. So I checked my iPAD 10th gen running iPAD OS 17.1.1 and the remote works there. So I upgraded my wife's phone to iOS 17.1.1 and now it doesn't work in her phone either. I tried resetting everything, my iPhone, her iPhone, router network, Home Assistant and everything I know of but nothing seems to resolve the issue. We are too addicted to this remote feature that it's being too hard to watch the TV. hell we don't even remember where we put the original TV remote. I have attached a screenshot. Please help As fast As anyone can. Thank You Remote SS

The "TV" device shown on IOS 16.6.1 don't appear in the top menu of the IOS 17 device? In home app you see the Tv device? I'm on the same IOS version and have no problem in the remote widget...
