Snapshots randomly stop showing up #105257

Closed Rehold closed 7 months ago

Rehold commented 10 months ago

The problem

The computer I run HA on also is a monitor for my ring cameras, and recently my snapshots just have been randomly going blank so it displays a grey box, if I click on it I can still view the camera, and I severely apologize if im reporting this to the wrong person but I spent a hour trying to debug what was causing this since it runs thru ring -> HA add-on -> mqtt -> gen cam lol. But I think its gen cam causing it.

My snapshots are showing and updating under entities and this just randomly happens and all 8 cams just start disappearing randomly, and no idea where to even start to fix this.
