Nuki lock still showing as a device in integration after being deleted from nuki account

The problem

My old lock (version 2.0) that was replaced by nuki under warranty has been deleted from my nuki app / account but it still shows as a device within the nuki integration although it is not listed at an entity. as my new lock shares a very similar name it can be difficult to identify which to select as the device when making automations etc. how can the old device be deleted from the integration?

just want to know how to delete the old device. i have tried reloading the integration etc but the old device is still there (but no entity)

can you provide a screenshot of the integrations device list? When a lock is removed from the Bridge it should be marked as unavailable in Home Assistant and be possible to be deleted in this list.

Hi, I have attached a screenshot showing the integration device list and also a screenshot showing the entities list. The device I would like to remove is called ‘front door’ the device I want to keep is ‘front door new’. I hope this helps to solve this mystery 😊

Did you remove the Device from the Nuki Bridge in the Nuki App and restarted Home Assistant afterwards / reload the Integration?

as far as im aware the old lock has been deleted from the app, i even re-added the old lock to the app yesterday and deleted it again just to make sure.

i just re-checked and the old lock is not listed in my nuki app or in the bridge settings, i have reloaded the integration and re-started HA but the old (front door) is still listed as a device but not as in entities
