Energy Distribution Tile shows negative import #106797

The problem

Since the update to 2023.12.4 on 27th December (I updated on 29th) then the Energy Distribution tile has been showing negative import values. The actual values from the Octopus Energy integration import are right as can be seen on the Energy Usage graph, but somehow the Energy Distribution tile and information meters wrong. Octopus Integration hasn't been updated across this period and was working fine prior to Core update so suspect one of the updates in .4 release

It also shows Self sufficiency of 250%. During the day the negative import and self sufficient values decrease according to actual usage when the battery has been exhausted and enough elec is imported to recover the import to zero.

Issue actually seems to be that the battery charging amount from modbus are being treated as net returned to grid since the update. This is reflected in the tool tip on the energy Usage graph and tracks back to prior days where the historical records and Energy Distribution values are right, but still shows in the tool tip as 'Energy Returned'. For the record Modbus integration hasn't been updated across this period either so still suspect something in the latest core .4 update
