Hi, same problem after latest Ajax firmware update. I tried to delete and reinstall integration but same problem Surveillance center: Disconnected Hardware 84.0.9.10.2.3.1.0 Firmware: EU 2.19.0 Any idea? Thanks Regards

PatLazuli commented 4 months ago

Same after update. Any issue ?

mauritsje commented 4 months ago

Ive had the same after the latest updates, after disabling connect on demand on the HUB and re-adding it again to Homeassistant its working again.

mkuosma commented 4 months ago

I had to reboot ajax hub after the update. So power off / on. This fixed the issue.

ceeessbee commented 4 months ago

+1 on having to reboot Ajax hub after every reload of HA, this since 2024.2 (for me). I also stop any external alarm from sounding through the Ajax app before I reboot, not sure I have to do this though.

vgomenyuk commented 4 months ago

The same for me!

ilmaino1984 commented 4 months ago

it didn't work for me

mkuosma commented 4 months ago

This issue happens any time homeassistant restarts. Ajax reboot is needed after that before it works again.

rock3r commented 4 months ago

The entities are unavailable since yesterday for me, even after rebooting the hub. The hub reports the Monitoring station is offline (used to work, nothing changed). Hub is on new OS version 2.19 since yesterday, probably not a coincidence.

ilmaino1984 commented 4 months ago

Hi, Today I did all. Delete the integration and recreate all entities, on/off HUB, Hard reset HUB, change secret ID and port. After that the problem persist. I sent an email to Ajax support. I hope they tell me something about it

mkuosma commented 4 months ago

Try disabling “Connect on demand” on Ajax side. Fixed all issues from me. It's possible that ajax has changed something on latest ajax update.

This worked for me as well.

rock3r commented 4 months ago

I disabled connect on demand and now HA thinks my (currently disarmed) alarm is actually triggered. One step forward, but still broken

Hi, I added this integration Fryday, but the entities are unavailable and the Surveillance center in Ajax it's disconnected. I found this issue and I tried to follow all your suggest:

1- delete and reinstall integration: same problem.

2- ON/OFF Ajax HUB: the entities became available, but only for a few minutes then back unavailable.

3- disable “Connect on demand”: now the Surveillance center in Ajax it's connected, but the entity "alarm" is still unavailable.. only this one... almost!

4- second ON/OFF Ajax HUB, the entities became and it seems that they remain available!

Thanks

TimoJJ commented 4 months ago

I also had the same issue. I reinstalled integration and in integration setup changed ping intervall to 10 minutes.

Integration has been working fine ever since. Ajax hub still has connect on demand enabled and I didn't turn hub off/on during the setup.

Merci

A travaillé après le redémarrage de HA :)

Toujour pas de solution de votre cote ??
