The problem

I have a bunch of Merkury Innovations Smart Water & Flood Sensor MI-SS003, after an update to 2024.2 the water sensors are now reporting as "Wet", however they are not showing as wet in the Tuya app, and if they were wet they are supposed to make an audible sound which they are not. They are also staying "Wet" which should reset after being dry

Have a similar issue with water sensor but mine are zigbee.. for some reason if they change to wet.. they will only change back to dry if i toggle a switch....

Very weird issue.. they worked fine before.. have not better way of explaining it..

Can you point out which device it is? There are too many devices on the file, some are not online, some are online, and some may not be online. The status message will not come over.

All are reporting as wet, I believe the devices poll ~20 hours unless if they get wet in which they poll immediately. These all started showing as wet within a 48 hour period after updating to 2024.2

This is still an issue. After a restart all sensors start out as "Dry", as the sensors ping tuya saying that they're alive once or twice a day, they turn "wet".

Still an issue, pretty disappointed that all these tuya water sensors are now trash.
