AssertionError whilst attempting firmware update with ZHA #110285

The problem

When updating an (Ikea) sensor, button, light using ZHA, there is an issue and the device is unable to update.

To recreate the issue, enable OTA for ZHA When a device has updates, try and execute the update. You will see following error in the frontend: Failed to call service update/install. unknown error

and see the error popup in the logs

I'm having the same issue with the same exact message in the log when attempting to update my Third Reality door sensors using the new Zigbee device update feature released in 2024.2.
