Tuya scenes and effects not exposed via Tuya

The problem

I have a RGB floor lamp that works with the Tuya app. In the lamp controls from the Tuya app, I'm able to define animated color effects.

First issue: In HA, the "effects" button isn't available. In the state of the entity, there is no effects exposed.

Second issue: although the state says HS color mode is supported, the HA buttons do not work when sending a command other than through RGB. The button adjusts its color but not the lamp.

I'm using the new Tuya integration on 2024.2 over the Docker installation

I am having a similar issue with my Lumary 6'' Smart RGBAI Ultra-thin. Only the downlight and DnD entities are exposed.

With this particular device, It has a white downlight and an auxiliary LEDs around the rim; only one can be on at a time. Regardless of which I turn on in the Tuya Smart app, HA shows as if the downlight is on.

The slider only affects the downlight intensity. The color scale seems to work effectively, and the preset colors (or color picker) do change the aux LEDs if I have them turned on.

What's missing is the 40 or so effects and the ability to toggle either lights.

I have the same issue with my floor lamp and other tuya lights, none of the scenes show up in HA.
