Fetch snapshot image failed from Reolink E1 Pro, falling back to FFmpeg; Unknown error: All connection attempts failed #112095

The problem

When I access the Reolink E1 Pro camera (hw IPC_513SD5, sw v3.0.0.2356_23062004), I always get the following message in the log:

Logger: homeassistant.components.onvif
Source: components/onvif/camera.py:146
Integration: ONVIF (documentation, issues)
First occurred: 10:50:13 (2 occurrences)
Last logged: 10:50:22

Fetch snapshot image failed from cam1, falling back to FFmpeg; Unknown error: All connection attempts failed

Then I set the values -pred 1 -ss 00:00:05 -frames:v 1 suggested in the documentation, but it didn't help.

What do I need to do to resolve the error?
