Cannot edit entity_picture attribute for device_tracker entity

The problem

Since this attribute cannot be updated (even manually setting the state is cleared on next update), the icon of the entity on maps will always be text based. Would be good to provide the ability to upload a picture or set location for entity_picture

This seems to be the case for all device trackers, not just ones from the Tessie integration. Using customize.yaml doesn't seem to work to update the device tracker picture, either

I am not really sure how to fix this. I can't provide the availability to upload an image, but I could put something generic in by default.
