Recorder & logbook does not filter entities #113143

The problem

in my configuration I've excluded several sensors, device_trackers etc. to be recorded in both recorder and logger integration. it was working properly up to 2024.02.5. after upgrading it to 2024.03.0 I can see in the logbook and in the recorder history all of them. reverting back to 2024.02.5 and removing homeassistant_v2.db the filter works back.

I have the same issue on supervised. My db is a mariadb. If an entity is not present in the table states_meta, then its state is not recorded.
