StarLink Integration cloud mode for by-pass mode ? #114713

Closed JeedHome44 closed 8 months ago

The problem

Good morning,

My StarLink is put in By-pass mode behind a Xiaomi 4A gigabit router to integrate it with my LAN OpenMPTCRouter.

I therefore no longer have access to the StarLink IP 192.168.100.1 but I have access to it in cloud mode via the StarLink smartphone app!

I see there is StarLink integration based on local but not cloud.

Do you know of a GitHub that retrieves information from the StarLink account in the cloud for those like me who are in bypass mode and thus be able to monitor StarLink on Home Assistant?

THANKS

Hey there @boswelja, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (starlink) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Code owner commands Code owners of `starlink` can trigger bot actions by commenting: - `@home-assistant close` Closes the issue. - `@home-assistant rename Awesome new title` Renames the issue. - `@home-assistant reopen` Reopen the issue. - `@home-assistant unassign starlink` Removes the current integration label and assignees on the issue, add the integration domain after the command. - `@home-assistant add-label needs-more-information` Add a label (needs-more-information, problem in dependency, problem in custom component) to the issue. - `@home-assistant remove-label needs-more-information` Remove a label (needs-more-information, problem in dependency, problem in custom component) on the issue.

To add to this, you can set up a static route to continue accessing your Starlink, even in bypass mode (that's how a lot of us are running it)

I have OpenMPTCProuteur in my LAN with 192.168.100.1 IP. So I can't access to my StarLink in LAN.

I search a solution to have information with cloud !
