The problem

The manufacturer of the Spider thermostat announced that their portal would stop working at September 2023. In the end it continued to work with an unknown end date but this week they pulled the plug: https://www.ithodaalderop.nl/additionelespiderproducten

I've tried to warn everyone a couple of months back with https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/103938. I guess the integration can now completely be removed?

If they completely pulled the plug, go for it :)

Please check integrations like Mazda and life360 on how they solved it
