Homematic climate controls unavailable since 2024.4.1

The problem

My Homematic climate controls are no longer available. The dashboard widgets are all shown with a grey temperature scale with "Unavailable" in the centre. Clicking on the menu dots brings up the detail window, with the warning "This entity is no longer being provided by the homematic integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings." at the top.

Im having the same issue. Using RaspberryMatic (v 3.75.6.20240316) on the official Homematic CCU3 hardware. The update to HA Core 2024.4.1 broke the climate sensor for me. Im using Pi3+ with HA Core.
