Hey there @home-assistant/core, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (recorder

database disk image is malformed
usually means you have a problem with your storage media or power supply.
The problem
I've run recorder.purge service to purge and repack everything above 5 days. It was a relatively large DB, over 10GB. It's running on proxmox VM with 4 cores Ryzen 4600G and 16GB of RAM. When run, RAM peaked at 97% right away, and CPU was jumping around 10-35% for some time. After an hour I noticed that new DB takes up only 18MB and there's a backup of corrupt DB saved, still full 10GB. Possibly another issue: after everything, RAM usage remained at 96%. It was not released?
What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
core-2024.4.3
What type of installation are you running?
Home Assistant OS
Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?
Additional information
I've found the database very unstable, this has happened a few times already, on different systems, including non-VM on raspberry and without manual trigger from my side.
