Add device HmIP-ESI-IEC and HmIP-ESI-GAS

This pr adds support for devices HmIP-ESI-IEC and HmIP-ESI-GAS. Both are using the same HomematicIP device (HmIP-ESI) with different channels.

Well, i made a mistake....

I guess i messed up git rebase and requested a review from all devs... 😧 I gonna close this PR and reopen a new one later that weekend....
