Unable to add / setup Lutron Caseta Integration #116093

The problem

I have Lutron Homeworks QSx installed in my home. While performing setup to add integration in home assistant, when i enter Lutron processor ip address home assistant just says unknown error occured. I tried multiple times but the same issue arises. My Lutron system has physical button on it.
