KNX - YAML configuration reloading "KNX" crash "Automations"

The problem

If I restart the knxl yaml configuration in the developer tools after editing the knx.yaml, then my automations no longer work. If I restart the automation even after restarting the KNX, everything works normally. Nothing is shown to me in the LOGS. Is the behavior normal
