Sensor "last_ding" appeared on all cameras with value "unknown" after 2024.5.0 install

The problem

I run a number of ring cameras (flood light, spot light, stickup, and a doorbell). This evening, after installing 2024.5.0, I noticed a new entity for each camera - last_ding ... this entity is invalid for cameras other than a doorbell so don't know why its suddenly appeared
