WLED's "nightlight" should be renamed "timer" to comply with their UI? - take 2 #116580

The problem

WLED's interface calls that feature "timer" (at least nowadays). Even HA's current documentation states them as somewhat synonyms.

This is a re-do of the previous #93385, which got agreed upon by Frenck but never actually implemented, and got closed by the terrible stalebot, as usual.
