The problem
After update of the Firmware (2.02), HmIP-BSL integration doesn't work anymore. With this update, HomematicIP added new features (blink and flash of LED) to HmIP-BSL. Commands are still received by HmIP-BSL, but LED is not responding (due to missing attribute?) Based on the documentation of HmIP-BSL: "Extension of LED modes analog to HmIPW-WRC6"
