Private BLE Tracker, entities changing name #117414

The problem

This is the second time I'm facing an issue with Private BLE Device, following a Core upgrade. Last day, I upgraded to 2024.5.4 from 2024.5.2 and my BLE Device Tracker entities got renamed:

image As you can see, the device_tracker entities are renamed to "_2" and the original stop working (red mark on the right). I have performed no actions/changes on Private BLE. MAC addresses of the devices are correct. I had the same issue a couple of months ago, again, following a HA Core upgrade (can't recall the version).

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

2024.5.4

What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?

2024.5.2

What type of installation are you running?

Home Assistant OS
