HA matter can not add esp32 matter #117654

The problem

I can not add esp32 matter in to ha matter。The log show OpCreds: Got FailSafeTimerExpired. Why GeneralCommissioning will receive ArmFailSafe (0s) image

Why is this a Matter server issue ? Looks like this is more a device side issue.
