TTS Automation to an Home Pod with Text voiced by Nabu Casa fails

The problem

Sometimes not always my automation triggering a TTS to my Home Pod fails. I have jet only encountered this problem with my Home Pod and non of my other speakers.

As far as I can tell its only a Problem with TTS, because, in the same automation I am sending the exact same Text to my phone as a push up notification, which is working fine.

I have the same issue, it works for some tts calls for other I get the failure as above. It is repeatable , always the same tts fails Using google cloud tts

I am also experiencing this intermittent issue as well, using Elevenlabs TTS.
